Location: Central London (Oxford Circus) with some travel (less when you have settled into the role)
Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time
Reward: £65-75k per annum + £6-8k car allowance + other benefits

How you will fit into the business…
Working with a key client group within the business you will be required to have a presence across London, Biirmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh. There will not be masses of travel with the role but as you settle in you will need to get out and meet stakeholders in different locations. You must be good with people as stakeholder engagement is a requirement of this role. As a senior generalist HR professional, you will be great at what you do and you will know what great looks like too.
You will work within the business partnering team alongside a shared service centre and the centres of excellence to deliver key strategic HR initiatives into the business.
You will be expected to work hard but the rewards are worth it and you will get a great name on the CV too. This is a real opportunity to work in one of the best companies in the country that places a massive emphasis on personal development and growth.
We are looking for…
We would like to see HR Business Partners that have worked in large complex businesses and also operate at the top of their game. You don’t need to have sector experience but if you have worked in professionals services, financial services or large commercial businesses with a matrix management structure then we would be keen to see your CV.
You will be a good communicator, a real people person and you will be keen to get on and develop your career in HR. On a technical level you will have strong generalist experience and you will be understanding of current and future trends in HR. You must be able to demonstrate evidence of working as a strategic business partner at a senior level as you will partner MDs and the wider board.
