A very special Part-Time Resourcing Manager role just landed with a super business…

Job Title – Resourcing Manager

Location – Based in Central London

Salary – Circa £50-55k per annum FTE

Contract type – Permanent, Part-Time, 3 days per week but hours could be spread over 4-5 days if it helps.

Is this the best recruitment role that you will apply for today?

We like to grab people’s attention with bold statements. And we love to back them up with a compelling story. This is an incredible opportunity and we are looking for the brightest and best in talent acquisition to join this very special professional services business. We don’t want to ruin the surprise by telling you who they are just yet.

What we can tell you is that this is an opportunity to really transform how recruitment operates and help a rapidly growing business hire the right people into their network of associates. Those working in this organisation are genuinely nice human beings that are incredibly passionate about what they do. It will be your job to help them attract like-minded individuals that can deliver work on client projects as and when they are required.

Why are they recruiting for this role?

This is a new role and they have headcount for one full-time person or two part-time people. They need someone to recruit associates for the business, and someone to manage their associate network. They are open-minded about whether this is one or two people and two part-timers would probably work very well.

What will you be doing?

You will source, screen and select the right people for the business yourself. You will use the best advertising channels and LinkedIn to attract both passive and active jobseekers. Once you have got people into the process, it will not be a tough sell to close out candidates. We genuinely can’t see why people would not want to join the associate pool here.

Ensuring that compliance (GDPR etc.) is adhered to and the applicant tracking system that the business uses is maintained is also an important part of this role. You will make sure that candidates receive adequate feedback using the technology available and support with the management of a smooth-running selection process for candidates that are in consideration. The business needs to ensure that the same quality of work is delivered across the business whether it is permanent or associate workers delivering it.

Who are we looking for?

We are not looking for a ‘Steady Eddy’. We want to find genuinely passionate individuals that have not yet hit their peak. You will be someone that is on a definite upward trajectory in their career with huge desire to develop and push on in a rapidly growing business.

You will be someone who is innovative and challenging and can substantiate the achievements listed on their CV. Our client needs someone that is really commercial and able to put recruitment processes in place that are fit for purpose. You will be someone that takes pride in creating a first-class recruitment service and being part of the solution.

Ideally, you should have experience of working for a professional services business. This might include a law or architectural firm or a management consultancy for example. If you have worked in a partnership business then you will understand how to navigate an organisation of that type. This would be an added bonus.

Most important is the ability to directly source talent for roles that our client needs you to work on. You will have a strong track record of finding the best people available in a timely manner. You will have strong 360 degree recruitment experience with the ability to work at pace, with both enthusiasm and professionalism.

We are after someone that seeks continual engagement with stakeholders at all levels and has the ability to add value through creative yet practical recruitment solutions.

You should be someone with a real intent of purpose. Someone who can take a vision and really make it happen through great ideas and a desire to see things through to successful completion.

Why not send us your CV?

It could be the smartest move that you ever make and we are looking for very smart people!

Company

Fetch Recruitment was set up by Yasmin Elezaj and Tommy Gale in 2017.  After years of working in and managing successful recruitment businesses, they decided to go into business together and have created an expert team.

Both with young families and very similar values in and out of work, they realised that they could offer excellent service to clients that were looking for a different approach to recruitment.

As such, Fetch is a very family oriented business.  We believe that if our recruiters have a good work-life balance, this will reflect in the service that they deliver for clients. This plays out in the quality of service that we provide.

Our team are not chained to their desks with their phone times being monitored. They are trusted to do what they are good at and because of this they go over and above. They all work from home and this means that we have good coverage across the UK as our team are spread out.

We created a commercial proposition that allows us to offer a far superior level of service to clients for much lower fees than our competitors. Everything that we do is about providing exceptional value and we think that we do this really well.
