Our client is seeking to recruit Occupational health nurses on either a full or part time basis. Candidates will be considered on a 3,4 or 5 day days a week basis.
The successful candidate will be part of The Occupational Health & Wellbeing (OHW) team providing professional evidence-based, occupational health and wellbeing advice and services.
Main Duties
- Undertake health surveillance and assessment of laboratory workers in relation to the requirements of their work or study.
- Undertake travel health risk assessment and give travel advice and immunisation to staff and students working and studying abroad.
- Undertake routine health assessments and immunisation for UCL employees, professionally regulated students
- Undertake pre-enrolment screening for professionally regulated students.
- Contribute to and implement health promotion activities in support of mental health and wellbeing strategy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the OHW policy, strategy and departmental goals.
To be considered Registered Nurse with previous experience of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments, .Experience of developing and delivering health screening and immunisation.
Salary: to £35-42k dependent upon experience + benefits.
