A stand alone in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist for a market leading FMCG business based in Uxbridge. Looking for a proactive, confident and driven individual to support the Company's recruitment needs ASAP.

Description

  • As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage end to end recruitment for all internal clients from application to offer
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR throughout the process from job descriptions, candidate interviews through to on boarding
  • Recruit across multiple disciplines within corporate functions
  • Build long lasting and trusting relationships with stake holders
  • Provide training and support to line managers on effective recruitment practices
  • Ensure line manager's and the Company's hiring needs are met in line with policies and legal requirements
  • Review and adapt policies and procedures
  • Represent the company at events using creative ways to pro-actively attract talent

    • Profile

  • Experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter
  • Clear examples of strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven record of recruiting different skills across a variety of sectors
  • Autonomous, pro-active and confident individual
  • Ability to adapt quickly and understand business needs
  • Desirable experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Jobvite and Taleo
