A leading professional services firm in Leeds City Centre are actively seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to add value to their HR function. This is a fast-paced and varied role within a rapidly expanding organisation and the role will encompass a strong mixture of both designing and delivering training material. Successful candidates will come from a L&D background with experience with e-learning and creating various training content.

Page Personnel are working with a leading professional services firm in Leeds City Centre who are actively seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to add value to their HR function. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they embark on an exciting expansion plan for the upcoming 12-18 months.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Learning & Development Advisor position based in Leeds, roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate and deliver soft skill training for new employees during their induction training and to the business to support them in their roles
  • Design, create, review and update eLearning training as required by the L&D Manager
  • Upload online training materials on to the learning management system Upload, review and amend employee records on the learning management system
  • Evaluate success of learning through development surveys and gather data for reporting to L&D Manager
  • Manage the Learning & Development Diary and ensure attendees are aware of upcoming classroom learning

Profile

  • Demonstrable ability and experience in delivering or presenting training material to a group or individual
  • Possess a driven attitude you will have a willingness to continuously improve, be an excellent communicator and confident with all means of communication
  • A strong team-focused work ethic, value attention to detail and high levels of organisation
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) in L&D (Desirable)

Job Offer

£24,000 - £26,000 + Progression opportunities + Free company parking + Subsidised canteen
