My client are a leading Media organisation looking for an experienced Head of ER to join their London office. You will have a strong employment law background and used to liaising with law firms on a regular basis. With this in mind, you will also be responsible for looking at the reduction of legal fees and making judgements on, where their services will be used case by case.

Other duties will include presenting monthly reports for the UK and Ireland. Key stakeholder management will be with HR Business Partners and HR Directors across the locations, with monthly 1:1s to determine and prepare for both current and future events.

This is a highly autonomous role so you must be happy to work in a standalone capacity. Day to day ER issues will be dealt with by their shared service team, so you will be responsible for complex ER cases that are at risk of litigation and tribunial claims.

You will be an experienced subject matter expert in employee relations, and report directly in the HR Director of Employee Relations. Get in touch today for more details.
