Digital Content Creator
Home based with occasional travel to Watford
Are you a digital learning content creator looking for a role that won't stifle your creativity and will give you scope to develop within a growing team.
The business has recently grown from a medium sized organisation to one that now has 220 sites, a headcount of 3500 with plans to increase further in double figures.
You will be a content creator with experience in the the creation and design of a range of digital learning solutions. You will create intuitive on-line learning materials and interactive multi-media, such as video clips; audio clips to enable learning in anywhere, when they want it, how they want it
Creativity is a must in this role. Whilst they do have branding guidelines to follow many of their projects require the individual creative input of the developer.
Their entire HR function is relatively new and the HRD to the Head of L&D both come from successful brands where they were responsible for commercial value added strategies.
You will have
- Extensive experience with content creation tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud apps including SCORM authoring tools, video production, animation and image editing
- Knowledge of coding and scripting languages used to create engaging responsive content, such as: HTML5, JavaScript and CSS
- Knowledge of standard office software packages, working knowledge of web authoring and web development software
As this role is about different learning mediums you have created feel free to incorporate examples of past work into your application - don’t feel hemmed in with a wordy CV.
