This role (reporting into the company HRD) has been created following a recent restructuring and is supported by a very talented HR team of c15. This is an opportunity to lead the Supply Chain through its digital transformation as well as drive the growth of the Field Sales team into new markets. This is a unique role, partnering two Executives and their teams across two unique business units means an ability to manage different stakeholders and their strategic agendas will be key.
From a strategic perspective, there's a need to ensure the organisation is transformed and restructured to meet changing requirements, so we're looking for someone with a strong track record in transforming supply chains in growth mode.
The ideal candidate will be a highly influential, commercially astute, and credible HR professional. They will be a confident, resilient and self-sufficient individual with strong business acumen and a successful track record in commercial HR business partnering. They will be an excellent relationship builder with a collaborative approach and have an exceptional focus on operational excellence.
Experience of transforming a food manufacturing or logistics led business within a multi-site environment would be advantageous.
The successful candidate could be based almost anywhere in the UK but ideally in the East Midlands area as we anticipate the majority of the working week will be spent in the business working across it's c20 distribution centre sites which cover the length and breadth of the country.
