HR Colleague Advisor Banking Firm £35,000 - £40,000 Chelmsford, Essex Permanent I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor based in Chelmsford on a permanent basis for an Continental Insurance firm. This exciting opportunity involves providing support to the HR Advisory team with a focus on assisting the employees and managers. Responsibilities: To provide a consistent global service that provides a positive experience for our employees and managersCase management of employee relations matters to include, disciplinary, grievance and consultationWork closely with Business Partnering teams providing general updates and escalating complex mattersProvide support to cyclical programmes, which include the annual performance review cycle, salary review, bonus, promotions, calibration, recognition and incentivesTo continuously review the processes and policies Requirements: CIPD qualifiedBuilding relationships and communication at all levels of organisationTests assumptions, listens and is curious to understandHigh integrity and levels of professionalismStrong background in HR operational delivery
