LMA is delighted to be working with a fantastic Tech company in the London area to recruit a Total Reward Analyst to join the team.
This role will report into the Head of Reward and will work closely to deliver a number of exciting projects.
Projects include:
- Roll out of Workday Advanced Compensation Module
- Build out a new levelling system
- Review and redesign of bonus and equity plans
- Create and distribute comms relating to project related changes
You will be working for a globally recognised brand, within a HR team with a huge change agenda and some great projects to have on your CV.
Ideal candidates will be immediately available with previous experience of managing comp related projects in a fast paced and change driven HR function.
