Job Details
This role is a really generalist role in which you will manage a small HR function and oversee recruitment, employee relations, change management, HR policies and procedures. You will have one direct report. It is permanent and full time.

My client are a highly reputable law firm in the heart of Brighton.
Description
- Oversee and develop the HR function
- Assisting and coaching managers on people management
- Managing the recruitment process with a HR assistant
- Manage the end to end employee relations casework such as grievances, disciplinaries, absence, retirement and redundancy
- Pioneer any change management processes including TUPE
- Manage the employee lifecycle
- Assist the Partners and Senior Members of the team with organisational development and improvement
Profile
- You will ideally be CIPD qualified, or have MBA or HND
- You will have previously worked and managed the HR function
- You will have experience developing working relationships with senior members of the team
- You will ideally have professional services experience, but this is not essential
- You will ideally be available at short notice, but this is not essential

- £40,000 - £42,000 per annum salary
