An opportunity for a HR Systems expert, working with the wider HR team to manage the HR systems administration and be a expert user and port of call for the business.
A large business based in Leeds LS15.
Client Details
A well established business operating on a global level with approx 25000 employees.
Description
You will be responsible for the HR Systems administration across the business being a super user and point of contact for all queries.
- Managing the administration for the HR system Cascade.
- Develop processes and workflow to reduce workflow.
- Responsible for the systems capability, identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Managing employee data in line with GDPR on the HR system.
- Understanding processes across the group actively looking to integrate where possible.
- Managing the performance development and feedback systems, producing MI.
- Supporting the wider HR team with communication, changes in procedures, training and development in order to embed the system successfully across the business.
Profile
- Have previously worked as a super user with HR systems
- Have previously reviewed processes and procedures for a HRIS
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Have excellent IT skills including Word, Advanced Excel
- Have previously used Cascade - desirable
