HR Manager - Birmingham £45-50,000 + Benefits

Our client is a successful and growing organisation and a real leader in their field, operating on a global level. Due to this continued expansion they are looking to add an experienced and qualified HR Manager to their HR team.

You will be responsible for

  • managing a team of 9 across HR and L&D, including employee relations
  • supporting the Head of HR to deliver the HR strategy across the business
  • creating the L&D Strategy to complement the HR activity and progress the business
  • coaching and mentoring, both your team as well as managers across the business

The ideal candidates will

  • have personal values which align to the corporate values of Dedication, Integrity and Enthusiasm.
  • have extensive people management experience, covering both ER and L&D
  • be fully CIPD Qualified
  • have excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • have the ability to communicate at all levels as well as a high level of emotional intelligence.

Based from Birmingham, there will be occasional travel to other sites.

Salary - £45-50,000 + Benefits
