Great opportunity for an experienced Business Partner to join this leading technology business based near to Swindon, Wiltshire.You will be leading on all aspects of HR including talent agenda, attraction and development plans, improve HR processes, implementing strategic plans around performance, challenging senior stakeholders offering solutions within a constant changing environment.To succeed in this role you will be at Senior HR Advisor level and be responsible for a diverse and challenging client group.THe ideal candidates will be have experince that shows the ability to craft, own and implement people strategies across multiple business areas, that evidence tangible results Significant (hand's on) customer facing generalist HR experienceA portfolio that evidences you can improve organisational capability by implementing new organisational design thinking, tools and methodExcellent HR knowledge and be abreast of new developments and tools that are available to HR professionals (e.g. platforms & apps that record and report on employee engagement & manger capability)For further information please contact Zoe at Oakleaf Partnership. 07702 340178
