A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a period of 3 months. Working on site you will manage a small HR team providing a truly generalist service to c200 employees, the majority of which are shop floor staff.
This is a 3 month interim assignment (which could be extended by 1 – 2 months); to be considered for this role you will:
Be available at short notice and, if successful, be in a position to start no later than Monday 30th September;
Be able to commit to the length of contract;
Have gained recent experience of having worked within a manufacturing environment;
Provide a service to a business that require maintenance of the status quo rather than embarking on significant change and transformation.
