HR Coordinator - The role will consist of;
- Managing new starters
- Payroll imputing changes into REACH and using the payroll system
- Working with L&D and the HR Advisor to implement training across the business
- Employee relations and assisting in employee well being
- Supporting HR projects
- Promoting company benefit schemes
What you'll need to succeed
You will be reporting into the HR advisor and be the first point of contact for employees. They are looking for someone who is creative and passionate about people and has experience within the Tech/ Media industry. You will need up to date UK employment law knowledge and excellent communication skills, they are looking for a fast thinking and self-motivated positive person to join a well-established team. You will need to have experience working with Word, Excel and Outlook and need to be confident in using Power point to work with the L&D team alongside the HR Advisor .
