Your new company
This global marketing agency are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to lead the recruitment function outside of the US. With current headcount at 75, the business has huge growth plans to grow to 200 by the end of 2020 across Europe. With 20% growth year on year and a large investment earlier this year, the business has large expansion plans which this Recruitment BP will be at the forefront of.
Your new role
Responsible for all recruitment outside of the US. Operating in London and EMEA, you will focus on all recruitment activities, from managing stakeholders to interviewing candidates.
- Working in a fast paced environment - flowing and dynamic organisation
- Building processes and improving structure across recruitment
- You must be comfortable with operating in a fast paced growth environment
- Stakeholder engagement - you will need to be resilient and be able to adapt to various personalities
- Day to day recruitment, managing agencies, high volume vacancies (circa 25)
- Management of a junior recruiter to assist with administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Working in a flat matrix organisation
- Capable of running with recruitment along with wider projects
- Comfortable dealing with stakeholders and being able to push back
- Having gravitas and being credible to the business
