Learning and Development Advisor£26,000 - £28,000pa12 month FTCWest LondonTo start ASAP An exciting opportunity for a confident Learning and Development Coordinator/ Advisor to join a friendly, outgoing team within the head office of an International company based in Chiswick, London. The successful learning and development advisor will be responsible for delivering effective support and assistance that facilitates core Learning and development activities and training priorities and will strive to strengthen performance and potential across the business. Key accountabilitiesOrganise all elements required for training workshops and compliance training (e.g. booking trainers, external trainers, managing delegates, course administration and ensure training materials are created and distributed)Adapt and create new training materials fit for purpose bite size training materialsCoordinate and organise annual Training meetings; booking training materials, accommodation, lunch and follow up the priority feedback from the meetingCreate and manage the Training CalendarSupport the Learning and Development Manager by analysing training needs and take responsibility for creating the annual Training Calendar for all areasEnsure relevant performance management review forms are organised and collated to produce mid and end of year reportsProduce survey monkey evaluation reports on The Talent Pool and Management Development Programmes following the completion of trainingDesign and deliver ad-hoc training to small groups as requiredEnsure that all general administration support is provided for the Director of HR Essential Skills and Experience required;Previous experience in a busy, fast moving and diverse HR or Learning and Development support roleFully organised training events, including venue, materials and delegate communicationProven experience gathering data to create reportsConfident using Excel and PowerpointExperience supporting line managers across the business, face to face or over the phoneExperience of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and Providers to resolve any issuesAble to demonstrate examples of having to juggle and prioritise dutiesExperience supporting a client group across multiple sites would be advantageous If you have good attention to detail, strong communication skills and work well under pressure and feel your experience aligns well to the requirements outlined above, please apply now!
