I am partnering with a City based financial services firm in recruiting for a HRIS Implementation Analyst for a 6 month FTC to support the implementation of Workday.

Working alongside HR, Reward and the Workday project team, this role will be supporting the implementation of Workday from initial kick off through to "go live". You will act as the primary point of contact for all HR system related queries; you will manage data cleansing and extraction from legacy systems and data migration onto the new Workday systems in partnership with the implementation partners. You will also be involved in assisting in the configuration of Workday provided reports, build custom reports; assist with the building and testing of the systems and assist with end user training.

The successful candidate will have prior experience of Workday (Core HR, Payroll and recruitment modules) and will ideally have worked in Financial Services environment. You will have excellent excel skills, will have worked with large amounts of data and be confident working to tight deadlines.
