The Recruitment Coordinator opportunity requires the successful candidate to work closely with Department leads to develop and oversee Technology and Investment recruiting efforts. Responsibilities: Liaise with management and facilitate recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talentServe as primary point of contact for Recruiting agencies globallyWork with interviewing team to ensure candidates move through interview life cycle smoothlyEnsure that the ATS is up to dateWork with the HR team to provide reports regarding recruiting effortsAssist the HR team with any administration projects Requirements: Previous In-House Recruitment experienceRecruiting on social media and tech platformsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office knowledgeAble to travel occasionally
