HR Business Partner

Were seeking experienced HR Business Partners x 2 to join a great organisation in Poole.


We have an opportunity for 2 x HR Business Partners to join an established team supporting a range of business units.

You will be embedded in a specific business area, work alongside departmental managers, lead on, and enable delivery of the OD strategy. Collaborate with, coach, support, challenge and enable line managers to successfully deliver their strategy through people

Candidates
You will need to be an experienced HR Business Partner with a full range of HR and L&D activities highly desirable; proven project and change management skills essential.
Business savvy with analysis skills to make and prioritise difficult decisions.
An effective coach with strategic thinking and experience of assessing and managing risk.
Demonstrable experience in winning support and stakeholder management.

These roles will be for an initial 3 months temporary contract working in BAU remit however If you have experiences of change / restructure you may also be engaged within a project
