Great opportunity for an existing HR Assistant or Junior HR Advisor

Description

The key responsibilities for this Junior HR Advisor include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for all day to day HR matters on site
  • Supporting managers in low level employee relations matters
  • Working with management to identify skill gaps and compile and maintain a skills matrix for the site.
  • Supporting and contributing in various projects
  • Recruitment and selection for all hourly paid roles
  • Manage all HR administrative duties
  • Coaching department managers on people related matters
  • Using internal HRIS and databases and ensuring all information is up to date

Profile

Requirements for this Junior HR Advisor are as follows:

EXPERIENCE:

  • CIPD L3 and/or HR degree
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience
  • HR systems experience (eg. Taleo, Workday, SAP, Oracle)
  • ER experience (any input is accepted)

SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organised and able to prioritise and complete tasks to deadlines
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Problem solver
  • Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Drivers license (as travel will be expected intermittently)
