Macmillan Davies are supporting a global Consultancy business in their search for a newly created Early Careers and Graduate Recruitment Manager for the UK on an interim or contract basis. The role can be based out of their Manchester or Birmingham sites but will offer a degree of flexible working.

About the Role
This critical role will see you:
* Build the Employer Brand by becoming a trusted partner at a broad variety of educational institutions
* Manage an Early Careers Consultant
* Forge strong relationships with students and faculty leaders by attending recruitment fairs and on campus events
* Implement creative attraction strategies (eg gamification and similar leading edge methods)
* Operate as the Organisation's expert in the early careers space utilising market and competitor knowledge to gain advantage
* Strengthen all current recruitment and selection methods
* Work with the marketing team to produce creative materials for events at Universities, Colleges and Schools
* Regularly meet with internal stakeholders to understand all needs from the business in relation to early careers needs
* Work closely with apprenticeship providers to ensure the Business can achieve all apprentice requirements
* Develop market and facilitate all Graduate assessment days
* Manage the work experience programme

About You
* We are looking for somebody with a passion and an understanding for the benefit a stand out Early Careers programme can provide to an Organisation
* You will ideally have operated in a similar capacity and arrive with links already forged with providers of entry level talent
* An ability to redesign and improve current processes will be required
* UK travel will present no problem
* Ideally previous management experience will have been gained
* Knowledge of working within a consultancy business would be beneficial
* A flexible and warm approach will be essential
