Benefits Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with an Asset Management firm, assisting with their search for a Benefits Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based between their Kent and London offices.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Experience of delivering flexible benefits

Experience managing UK and Ireland pension plans

Manage the online benefits platform

Experience managing flexible benefits renewals

Remain up to date with key trends in benefits - ensuring the benefits package

Successful individual will have:

Multiple years' experience working in in a benefits role

Experience of benefits implementation, renewal and enrolment

Working knowledge of UK pensions

Self-starter attitude
