Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with an Asset Management firm, assisting with their search for a Benefits Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based between their Kent and London offices. The responsibilities of this role include: Experience of delivering flexible benefitsExperience managing UK and Ireland pension plansManage the online benefits platformExperience managing flexible benefits renewalsRemain up to date with key trends in benefits - ensuring the benefits package Successful individual will have: Multiple years' experience working in in a benefits roleExperience of benefits implementation, renewal and enrolmentWorking knowledge of UK pensionsSelf-starter attitude To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
