HR Advisor

Badenoch & Clark are really pleased to be partnering with a well established travel company on an exclusive basis to recruit for them an HR Advisor.

The HR Advisor will be joining a friendly self sufficient and hard working team to deliver high quality HR services to a range of employees, from senior managers to general staff, and across multiple sites including overseas (France) and head office (Brighton).

This role is pivotal in the team and they are looking for an HR Professional who can confidently deliver comprehensive, high quality & commercially-orientated advice and service to the business in the areas of:
oEmployee relations including grievances, disciplinaries & absence management
oRecruitment and resource planning
oTraining and development: including the delivery of HR management programmes
oPerformance management
oDelivery of overseas training

Essential skills:

Proven track record of broad generalist HR operational delivery including:
oRecruitment and selection
oTraining
oPerformance management & development
oEmployment Law, Data Protection
oEmployee relations including redundancy, grievances, absence management and disciplinary proceedings.


This role is immediately available but our client is also prepared to wait for the right candidate.
