Due to growth, We seek a strong internal Recruiter to join our client, who are a leading business in an exciting sector, who employ 500 UK wide!

The role:
·Build solid relationships with hiring managers to guide and lead through recruiting for their teams
·End to end management of the recruitment process from advertising up to interview stage
·Build strong candidate pool by utilising up to date candidate attraction methods to include social media
·Manage the full candidate experience, providing a first class service, and promoting the business as an 'employer of choice'
·Networking and attending relevant recruitment events

The candidate:
·You will be an experienced Recruiter from both agency and in-house who has experience in utilising social media tools such as Linkedin to promote and attract candidates to the business
·Confident and enthusiastic, a strong relationship builder!
·organised and used to managing high volumes of vacancies
