Annapurna Recruitment is currently undergoing an exclusive search for a large Pharmaceuticals organisation based in the Thames Valley.

My client are searching for a candidate with a strong business partnering background, to be able to successfully manage stakeholder relationships with vendors and managers alike. The successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with senior business partners on complex HR projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well known organisation in a BP role with view to progress quickly within the team.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable background working on successful HR projects.
  • Experience managing and supporting with changes to the payroll.
  • Data driven, an understanding of dealing with complex HR employee data.
  • Upbeat and enthuasiastic character to be ready to fit in to the dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Desireable skills:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Desireable but not essential background in FMCG.
  • Experience in a business partnering position.
