Strategic Talent Director
The strategic Talent Director is a newly created role and will act as part of the business unit leadership team.
You will be responsible for translating the business strategy into talent solutions/projects for the region and then delivering these solutions/projects to enable business growth and support its future talent needs.
The Talent Leader shall be accountable assuring all talent services are good quality across the business unit and provide the broader talent team with leadership to deliver the business unit strategy. This will include responsibility for bringing together the expertise the broader talent functions, shared services support and technology.
The individual will also champion cultural change and the D&I agenda and develop strong internal and external networks to share good practice and market information.
The successful candidate will experience working within Talent Management in a matrix organisation. Previous experience as a management consultant is also preferred. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence are also essential.
