Resource Manager

An exciting, high growth, global consulting firm are looking to bring on board an experienced Resource Manager to partner with international leadership and manage a global pool of industry specialists. The business provides consulting services to organisations within the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences space and works with industry leaders at all stages of business and product development.

This role will report into the COO and be part of a growing operations function to ensure projects are fully and effectively staffed on a global scale. The Resource Manager will work closely with the business to understand specific project needs a whilst also building a knowledge of individual Consultant's development plans to ensure a suitable and effective placement. As well as managing the consulting resources the Resource Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the internal scheduling system and partnering with Project Managers to ensure project milestones and deliverable dates are recorded and timelines are clearly understood.

Candidates will have previous experience in a Resource Management focused position and will be comfortable managing a portfolio of resources/consultants to staff projects. Project and process management skills are important as well as a strong IT proficiency in order to effectively manage the internal system. This role will also have excellent international leadership exposure so the ability to communicate effectively at all levels on a global scale is key.
