LMA is delighted to be partnering with a Global Financial Services company to recruit a newly created VP - ER Lead role.
The VP will report into the Director of ER and will be number two ER expert, overseeing a team of 6 and sitting on a number of high profile committees.
As a true deep ER specialist you will be the point of escalation for complex ER cases and will be the trusted advisor to colleagues, leaders and business contacts, working with quite a broad remit covering a number of high touch ER subjects including employee wellness, health, benefits and diversity.
This role will be a very interactive, visible networking role, building face to face relationships and chairing the ER Committee meetings.
The team are a highly experienced group of ER professionals, guidance and leadership will be needed as well as the ability to roll up sleeves and get involved in day to day operations and work collaboratively as a team.
