Role: Interim HR Director

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
My client are a leading Media organisation looking for an experienced HR Director to join their London office on an initial 3-6 month contract basis. Your role will be to support the CEO and CFO in addressing the HR needs across the group and Lead on a number of senior role changes, redundancies and hires. They need a fire-fighter and strategic sounding board to the CEO and CFO as required.
The role will also look at restructuring a number of roles across the business and will implement initial performance management systems in the group.
