Our client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support technology within infrastructure. It's a hugely exciting time for the business as they undergo a large Transformation in both HR and Markets under new leadership.
The HRBP will business partner senior leaders across the business unit to improve capability, provide strategic guidance and partnership, enabling delivery of the people plan. To provide local context and insights to the Global HR Business Partner to facilitate local adoption of the Global Plan. Identify, prioritise and develop organisational capabilities and behaviours to build a workforce that is future ready.
There are a number of strategic focuses for the UK and European region including capability, organisational design, D&I and cultural change programmes, that this role will be leading. It is a highly matrixed organisation with strong support from Shared Services and Centres of Excellence, enabling HR Business Partners to play up the strategic spectrum.
We are looking for a high calibre HR Business Partner with demonstrable career momentum and the ability to navigate the complexities of a large matrixed organisation. You will be results orientated and have demonstrable commercial impacts in a similar environment. This is a high profile role with exposure to senior leaders so we are looking for credible communicators with strong stakeholder management skills.
