Interim HR Manager
An interim HR Manager job, paying up to £65 pa for a maternity cover in a reputable law firm in Wimbledon.
Your new company
A highly reputable law firm in the Wimbledon area. Due to a period of leave, an interim HR Manager is required for an initial period of 9 months.
Your new role
As part of a well sized team, you will form part of the leadership function, supporting a large business group comprising of multiple operational areas. This is a truly Generalist role, comprising of day to day HR support, stakeholder guidance and development, recruitment support and interview attendance as required.
You will be an active member of the firms remuneration review process, so previous experience benchmarking and reviewing bonus process would be advantageous.
You will lead on employee relations and performance management for your business groups, providing support and advice to line managers, and where appropriate, lead on more complex or high risk occasions.
Other areas of responsibility will include; partnering the L&D team, responsibility for HR budget, Driving the D&I strategy forward, managing and developing the HR team, particularly the HR Advisor in your reporting line and various people projects during your position.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in a legal setting. You will have proven ability to manage varied and challenging stakeholders on a continuing basis, with a proactive and progressive approach to HR development. It is preferred that you are CIPD level 5 qualified or above.
What you'll get in return
Up to £65,000 pa, plus benefits, with potential extension past 9 months.
