Senior Employee Relations Manager
Are you an experienced ER specialist looking for your next contract? My client is a global leading inter-dealer broker based in the City of London. The business is going through a large transformation programme and keen to bring a Senior ER Manager onboard for 6 months initially to ease the workload for the Head of HR - EMEA and support on wider change projects.
You will be expected to act as a trusted advisor, who is able to pragmatically advise on complex ER issues and deliver a robust ER strategy aligned to business priorities, ensuring best practice and compliance across all areas.
You will also be required to develop effective working relationships with the business to help promote good employee relations and the respectful/dutiful culture of the business. In addition, supporting policy development in line with best practice and managing the internal process for disciplinary matters and formal complaints by employees is also required.
You must have a strong employee relations background to be considered for this role and experience of providing practical and commercial ER advice to stakeholders of all levels. Hands-on experience of dealing with misconduct, employee grievances and employment disputes is essential and a financial services background would be ideal.
This role is to start as soon as possible and you must be able to demonstrate good business acumen and the ability to provide practical common sense solutions.
