Job Details
Would you like to work for a nationally recoginsed Company? Are you an experienced HR officer looking to establish yourself with an lively and ambitious team?
Our client is currently seeking an HR Officer to join their established and ever growing national FMCG company on a 6 month FTC.
You will be required to understand and assist with all aspects of HR Operations.
What you will be doing:
· Implementing already established policies
· Aligning employee contracts
· Managing the onboarding process for any new employees
· Dealing with Right to work documentation
· Handling HR audits
· Providing and managing training such as Occupational Health training
· Managing any employment relation cases
· Benefit administration
· Adhoc project work
What you need to have:
· CIPD qualified
· Experience in Employee Relations and handling multiple level cases
· Management of complex employee benefits processes
· Experience with HR systems and administration
What you’ll be good at:
· Working under pressure and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
· Paying attention to details
· Strict with procedure and process following
· Excellent communication skills
