An exciting new Interim Recruitment Business Partner position has become available within the high performaing Talent function of this leading engineering business based near Reading.

This role will report to the Head of Recruitment and is tasked with leading all senior hire recruitment processes across the business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create resourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best senior talent
  • Manage the entire end to end recruitment process for all senior hires.
  • Work with function Leads and Heads of HR to build strategic resourcing plans and forecasts.
  • Manage internal resourcing, identifying internal talent prior to external recruitment.
  • Deliver the 'employer value proposition' (EVP) through external and internal promotion of the company as a place to work.
  • Direct sourcing, headhunting, competitor mapping and networking, ensuring talent is identified and pooled for existing and future requirements.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in hiring senior positions, coupled with strong senior-level-stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills and solid understanding of recruitment metrics, MI reporting and KPI's is essential. Exposure to Workday and intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage too.
