Director HR Risk
LMA is delighted to be partnering with a fast growth Fin tech company to recruit a Director of HR Risk.
This is a really exciting time to join the organisation as they are rapidly growing into new territories and disrupting the market.
The Senior Manager HR Risk will be responsible for leading HR Risk and Compliance , developing a strategy and framework for HR and working with Risk, Governance, Legal and compliance to support with risk related projects:
- Acting as strategic lead on key HR risk projects
- Lead on ongoing upskilling, training and advice to HR Business Partners and wider HR team on Global HR risk
- Developing knowledge of Global Regulatory codes including Senior Managers Regime, Remuneration codes and regulatory disclosures
- Providing an internal consultancy service to advise on People Risk and controls and making sure processes are in place
- Maintaining oversight and compliance of legislation and auditing regularly
- Providing HR team with insights, trends and activities relating to Risk management externally
- Generate reports and packs to produce information on Key risk parameters
- Work with HR colleagues, centres of excellence and project managers on HR initiatives
