ER Specialist - Travel required

My client are a globally leading online technology business who are looking for an experienced ER specialist to join their team in London. You will have proven experience as an ER specialist and have worked in a Centre of Excellence and Shared Service business.

You will have a supportive team of experienced specialist and work in a capacity which includes both case management and building strategies around their processes and how they run as a business in this area. Volume is high so this much be something you are used to and dealing with escalated complex cases.

EMEA experience is also a must, as they are looking for someone to compliment the skills of their existing team so need a specialist with experience outside of the UK and not just UK focussed.

Duties will include;

Designing, analysing and collecting high levels of employee feedback and experiences

Partnering closely with business leaders and multiple HR teams to create positive employee relations programmes across the business

Analyse, design and revise people programmes, practices and policies to systain positive employee relations

You will be analytically minded and be able to talk in stats confidently and effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership. Experience is also needed in someone's ability to discuss and investigate how ER in the business is affecting the employee engagement of their people and wellbeing.
