A world leading law firm based in The City are looking for an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join the team. As the HR & Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Assisting the manager with overseeing screening of applications for training contracts, vacation schemes, open days etc.Assisting with key diversity initiativesSupporting Manager by facilitating assessment days, briefing candidates and interviewersConducting judgment interviews and assessing group exercisesInvigilating and marking critical thinking testsProviding feedback to candidatesActing as key point of contact for participants, partners and lawyer supervisors as well as trainee 'buddies'Overseeing the sourcing of appropriate seat changesOverseeing onboarding processesAttending vacation scheme evening eventsOverseeing gathering of feedback from vacation scheme supervisors and ensuring it's collated and circulated appropriatelyManaging and assisting projectsAssisting with remotely managing two administratorsDelivering induction presentations and presentations on seat planningConducting seat planning meetings with traineesConducting seat catch up meetings and acting on any issues that may ariseAssisting HR Advisor with seat planning processAs the HR & Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:Previous experience in a similar roleStrong academics ideally to degree levelPrevious law firm experienceStrong IT skills both written and verbalIf this HR & Recruitment Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly.
