A cutting edge, award winning, healthcare organisation is looking for an interim HR Business Partner. You will be working within a friendly and collaborative HR team, and will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders from the management team and their teams. Working closely with the HR Director you will get involved with implementing the HR strategy. This is a varied and diverse role and a fantastic opportunity to really add value to the business.

Accountabilities include:

  • Working with the HR Director to implement and develop the HR strategy across talent, resourcing, reward, employee engagement and organisational development
  • Partnering with the management team to deliver key HR% project and HR initiatives
  • Supporting with workforce planning, change programmes, reorganisations and restructures,
  • Coaching and supporting the management team on a wide range of HR issues
  • Providing day to day support on a wide range of HR issues
  • Reporting and analysing HR data, providing reports and insights
  • Supporting on any TUPE activity

Skills & experience

  • You must have gained the above HR Business Partner experience within a within private medical, luxury retail or from a large commercial organisation
  • Experience of working on both a an operational and strategic level
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
  • Experience of advising managers and coaching on a range of ER issues.
  • Experience of business transformation
