HR Assistant

Your new company
Our client based in Summertown, Oxford are currently looking to recruit a HR Assistant. You will be joining a small team that sit with in open plan offices close to shops and public transport. This position is being recruited on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role
As HR Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to all HR enquiries from employees. you will assist with the full recruitment process, including preparing interview packages, providing feedback and booking interview rooms. You will ensure that the HR database is kept up to date ensuring compliance with legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be for successful for this role you will have ideally worked in a similar HR position previously. You will have good Administrative skills and have the ability to prioritise a busy, demanding workload.
