A new HR Generalist role working for an Investment Management firm has arisen. In this role, you'll be working in a tightly-knit team, reporting into the Head of HR Operations.
Your new role
In your new HR Generalist role, you will be responsible for providing an effective HR service to colleagues across the group, comprehensive administrative support covering the entire employee lifecycle and will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. This role supports the HRBPs on Employee Relations (ER) matters and will require you to lead on a ranging complexity of cases (settlement agreements, performance management, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy cases). You'll also support recruitment activities, maintain and update personnel records, administer new starter and leaver documents and assist L&D initiatives. Furthermore, you'll be involved with change projects and supports annual pay/performance review processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Generalist role, strong UK employment law knowledge and experience managing ER cases is a must. You'll have managed settlement agreements end-to-end, dealt with grievance and disciplinary issues, and will have advised around performance management cases. You'll be a well-rounded HR Generalist and will have preferably worked in the fast-paced financial services environment.
