An exciting new HR Assistant position has arisen working for a leading Insurance firm based in Central London. In this role, you'll be working in a small HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
Your new role
In your new HR Assistant role, you'll be a full generalist, supporting the HR team and colleagues across the business on all HR related matters. You'll be responsible for administering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, will assist payroll, L&D and recruitment function and act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have worked in an HR capacity, preferably within Financial Services or Insurance, have exceptional attention to detail, a friendly and approachable manner, and will communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Ideally, you'll have secured, or be working towards your CIPD Level 3.
