HR Business Partner

Are you a HR Business Partner looking to move into a global technology-led organisation with excellent development opportunities?

I am working on a fantastic opportunity for a confident and ambitious HRBP who is looking to join a global matrix organisation. Supporting their Technology division, the business is looking for a commercial HR Business Partner who can come in and hit the ground running.

In this role you will partner the MD Level and their Leadership Teams so you'll have amazing exposure to senior stakeholders in this true partnering role. Although the organisation is large your client group will be fairly small (c.150) but very high touch and complex. The majority of the client group is UK based, but they do have some employees based in their international offices.

As an HR team they like to challenge the status quo, so are looking for someone inquisitive, who will be able to successfully navigate the complex organisation.

In this role you will look after BAU activity as well as wider HR projects on talent, engagement, OD and change work.

Previous experience of partnering a technology client group would be helpful, but isn't a must.

Location - Central London

Salary - £55-65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
