Job Details

Henlee Resourcing is proud to be working with this renowned Newbury based SME, to recruit an experienced Tech-focused Talent Acquisition Partner.

This is a hands-on, '360' role, tasked with direct sourcing; attracting, networking and headhunting the very best talent to join their business, while ensuring the candidate and hiring manager experience is best-in-class.

You will act as a 'true' business partner to all stakeholders, quickly understanding their sourcing needs and helping to implement their workforce planning strategy, providing various MI on skills gap analysis, market mapping, time & cost to hire data etc… and assisting on any project-based work, as and when directed (and there will be a fair amount!). You will also manage any external / third-party relationships.

This role will suit an experienced, high performing and ambitious tech recruitment specialist (MUST HAVE STRONG TECH), with credibility at senior leader level, an ability to quickly think on your feet and a proven background of smashing targets and KPI's.

If you are looking for a challenging role within a fast paced, rapidly changing business and can demonstrate the above capabilities, we would love to hear from you.

What Make Us Different

We have worked hard to integrate our business into the community we serve, because we believe that to deliver service excellence to our clients and candidates, we must have a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing HR professionals today. Through the CIPD events we support, host and sponsor, we have developed a strong network, and through our commitment to achieving a genuine match between candidate and role, we have cultivated the trust that wins us recommendations to fill vacancies and find new roles. We are genuinely invested in our candidate’s success, not only because our business depends on it, but because we recognise the difference we can make to someone’s life if we help them secure a new start, a big promotion, or the work-life balance that they’ve been dreaming of.
