Part Time HR Administrator

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading client in their search for a part time HR Administrator. This is a permanent role, 16 hours a week to be based in Worksop.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a client in the healthcare sector.

Duties include but not limited to;

·Coordinating all of the training, ensuring all relevant training is up to date.
·Respond to and advise on holiday queries.
Updating internal systems relating to changes in employee's personal circumstances and update the accounts department when necessary.
·Prepare starter and leaver information.
·provide general HR correspondence.

We are looking for;

·Experience in a similar role with a proven background of coordinating training.
·Exposure to the medical/healthcare sector.
·CIPD qualified, or relevant experience gained.
·Excellent communication and organisation skills.
