We’ve created a new opportunity for an experienced, ideally part-qualified high achiever to join us as HR Advisor/Resourcer. In this role you’ll be supporting and advising our hiring managers on the entire recruitment cycle. You’ll be expected to lead on recruitment campaigns and to source candidates using all appropriate channels, including adopting innovative approaches. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and for the full on-boarding process.

As a generalist as well as a resourcing specialist, it will be part of your role to provide proactive advice and guidance at all levels on all aspects of HR, to develop new or improved systems and to support the HR Manager on a diverse range of projects and initiatives.

As a confident, professional communicator, with the ability to operate within a busy and demanding work environment, you have a positive “can do” attitude and are able to multi task successfully. With demonstrable recruitment experience with innovation and creativity, you are results driven. Using your experience in generalist HR, you are also able to provide professional HR advice.

Ideally part-qualified - CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HRM or working towards – your track record to date should certainly include good experience in all levels of recruitment and in providing a professional, generalist HR service.
