HR Operations Assistant Global Trading Firm 6 month assignment City of London £130 per day Our client is a global trading firm based in the City of London, are looking for a HR Operations Assistant to join their HR division. The role will include managing the onboarding and offboarding for employees, reviewing transactions within Workday and providing first level support to all employee inquires. Responsibilities: Manage end to end life cycle processesAssist with pre-employment background checksManage probation period process, including communication with managers and issuing the relevant documentationPerform first level proves and technical support for all HR systems and escalate issues appropriatelyAssist with the administration of inbound / outbound relocations of employeesReview and address all HR tickets created by employee queriesParticipate in projects to improve processes and practices within the team and assist in the implementation of these initiatives Skills: Previous end to end HR experienceExperience of working within a busy and fast paced environmentKnowledge of WorkdayA strong team playerExcellent attention to detailAdaptable and flexible
