Sales Team Leader

I am working with an expanding, ambitious group in order to recruit a Sales Team Leader to join their sales office in Norwich. This role reports into the Regional Services Manager and manages a small team.

The Sales Team Leader is a key leadership role covering all aspects of the domestic sales function. This including growing business and custom base, managing and leading the sales team, and working with the customer service team to ensure the highest possible standards in sales delivery, customer service.

• You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the sales team which includes the coordination of people and ensuring the consistent meeting of bother personal and team targets.
• You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team which includes conducting regular reviews, performance reviews, looking at career pathways, coaching and development.
• You will work with the regional HR team in relation to people issues and the development of processes/projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people manager with sales experience to support the development of the team and delivery of services to customers. In order to be successful in your application you have sales experience, you have excellent people management or team leadership experience. You ideally have experience working within a successful sales team-and you are driven by improving productivity and promoting professionalism.
