Head of HR

A chance to join an international law firm in a role leading a globally dispersed practice group. Based in London, our client is recognised as a leading brand in the legal world and is seeking an experienced Head of HR to join them. Working with an highly matrixed and geographically spread population, the role will have a core focus on building relationships with the partner group. The role will deliver key global people projects and as such requires an individual who can demonstrate experience of operating on global projects in an international legal firm.

Joining a well established and respected HR function, the role will have the support and assistance of COE's, will work through not only HR colleagues but also office managers and a wider population in delivering a first class people advisory service. If you have extensive experience operating within a globally recognised law firm and are seeking a new challenge, this role has huge variety and breadth to offer.
